First Course: Mixed greens salad with cranberries, walnuts, sweet beets, strawberries, goat cheese & rasberry vinaigrette

Scecond Course: Homemade Wedding Soup

Main course:

Vegetarian eggplant parmesan with cheese, sauce, & vegetables or

Classic Chateaubriand filet mignon for two with demi glaze and mushroom or

Loving Couple: Chateaubriand for one & Chilean Sea Bass for one w/lemon butter & dill sauce

Served with;

Real mashed potatoes with Creme Fraiche and gravy

Fresh asparagus and sliced red peppers

Dessert: Flaming dessert displayed and presented by the Chef in the Ballroom
